28” Midseason 3.75” Dormant Fragrant Tet Lavender pink with prominent veining, inner green throat expanding into yellow with a lavender halo. Unknown Sdlg. 5 branches with 55 buds, but we had trouble counting– there may be as many as 60 buds! Excellent landscaping plant with a very long bloom period. We suspect this might be a triploid, as it is sterile both as a pod and pollen parent on both diploids and tetraploids, according to its hybridizer, Darrel Apps. AHS
registration photo was chosen to show its subtle characteristics, in a clump it reads as “little pretty pink”. Do check the many pictures included here. Dbl. fan. (Apps-D., Graziano)
